Refund: The refund is made within the specified period within 7 working days of receiving the shipment from the shipping company, by bank transfer from the store’s account.
If you canceled the order and the payment was made by credit card, please note that it may take 14 working days for the amount to appear on your bank statement once the payment has been processed by the Finance Department.
