Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

4- You are obligated when using (Al-Hout Communications) to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You are obligated to disclose true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with (Al-Hout Communications) and you are obligated to update your data in case of changing it in reality or in case of need.
6- Al-Hout Communications is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with strict confidentiality.
7- If it appears to (Al-Hout Telecom) that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal or in violation of what was stated in the use agreement, (Al-Hout Telecom) has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership or Your store and your account on the platform, without prejudice to the rights of other (Al-Hout Communications) and its legitimate means to recover their rights and protect other users.
8- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of (Al-Hout Communications) has the right to stop or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing the services of (Al-Hout Communications) again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Communications:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication is via the e-mail registered in the platform.
2- The user agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal and legal needs.
3- The user agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with him through the administration of (Al-Hout Communications) broadcasting general messages that are received to all users or to specific users of (Al-Hout Communications).
Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1- (Al-Hout Communications) may inform you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished according to any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
2- In the event of an objection to any amendment to the use agreement, (Al-Hout Telecom) hopes that you (Al-Hout Telecom) stop using its services, as just accessing your account in (Al-Hout Telecom) or using (Al-Hout Telecom) constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and your full and complete consent to deny ignorance, and you accept (Whale Telecom) discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
3- All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by (Al-Hout Communications), provided that payment is made by the approved and specified means available through (Al-Hout Communications).
4- (Al-Hout Communications) may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products or services they request, or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5- (Al-Hout Telecom) reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of the use agreement, to any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.
Article Eight - Payment and payment services for stores in (Al-Hout Telecom):
1- Al-Hout Telecom, through its partners, provides the payment and payment system in Al-Hout Telecom.
2- (Al-Hout Communications) is obligated to determine the price of the service or product that it offers in its store according to the generally accepted market value.
3- (Al-Hout Communications) is obligated to provide invoices, receipt vouchers and receipt vouchers for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and is obligated to give the user an invoice for his purchase of the service or product (Al-Hout Telecom).
4- (Al-Hout Communications) is obligated to provide the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and due to the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests in this regulation.
Article 9 - Your personal information and transaction details information:
1- The user acknowledges that he grants (Al-Hout Telecom) an unlimited, global, permanent and irrevocable right, exempt from expenses, and licensed to use personal information or materials or otherwise provided or provided by the (Al-Hout Telecom) platform or announced on the platform through Your accession or use of it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or through any e-mail or any of the communication channels available on the platform. 2- The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the "Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information" of (Al-Hout Communications), and the provisions of this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property:
1- The intellectual property rights of (Al-Hout Telecom) are fully owned by (Al-Hout Telecom), whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2- The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of (Al-Hout Telecom), which includes (Al-Hout Telecom) itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of (Al-Hout Telecom) or displayed on (Al-Hout Telecom), as (Al-Hout Telecom), And every right that belongs to (Al-Hout Telecom), is a full intellectual property owned by (Al-Hout Telecom).
Article Eleven - Responsibility (Al-Hout Telecom):
1- (Al-Hout Communications) is obligated to conduct its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- (Al-Hout Telecom) does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or accidentally, or by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3- (Al-Hout Telecom), its employees, owners, and those who represent them are obligated to ensure that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article 12 - Confidentiality of Information:
1- (Al-Hout Communications) adopts standards (concrete, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and preservation of users' personal information.
2- As a user, you acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure means, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through (Al-Hout Communications).
3- (Al-Hout Communications) has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other Internet pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4- You know and agree that (Al-Hout Telecom) may use your information that you provided with it, in order to provide services to you in (Al-Hout Telecom), and to send you marketing messages, and that privacy in (Al-Hout Telecom) controls the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, The rules of confidentiality of information are subject to the "Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information" of (Al-Hout Communications).
Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:
Al-Hout Communications can suspend or cancel the user's membership or restrict the user's access to the platform services at any time and without notice and for any reason, and without limitation.
Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Al-Hout Telecom) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. Al-Hout Communications has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.
If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or feeding services.
If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.
Article 15 - Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from (Al-Hout Telecom) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
2- To retrieve the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. Al-Hout Communications has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation:
This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force at the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 17 - General Provisions:
In the event that any incoming material or clause in this use agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the use agreement no longer in force, such an order does not cancel the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the use agreement and they shall remain in effect until notice Another from the management of (Al-Hout Communications).

1- The Arabic language is the language in force when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating them into another language.
2- All prices displayed on the services or products of (Al Hoot Telecom) may be modified from time to time.
3- The promotional or marketing offers that (Al-Hout Telecom) may place are temporary offers, as (Al-Hout Telecom) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4- The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the Shariah rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the transaction between (Al-Hout Telecom) and the user.
5- This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by virtue of a decision issued by the management of (Al-Hout Communications).
